Form 3
Form 3 is very similar to Forms 1 and 2, except that the blocks are now head blocks. Make sure to bend the non-blocking arm at the elbow so that the forearm extends diagonally across the chest and pull it back to the reverse punch position while performing the head block with your other arm to again create a “push/pull” sensation. Like with the other Forms, make sure to have all three Kiais: at the “top of the ‘I’,” the “bottom of the ‘I’,” and the last punch before the closing sequence.
Form 4
Form 4 is very distinct from the others.
Starting sequence and bottom left of the “I”: Start with the opening sequence and perform the first turn, just like the other three Forms, but instead of ending in a front stance with your left leg in front, you should enter Kosa Dachi with your left leg in front and your left foot point out 90 degrees so that your legs are in a “corkscrew” position. As you come into this position with your legs, perform a low block with your right arm as your left arm is in the reverse punch preparation position, then immediately after perform a mid-block with your left arm. While holding the final position of the mid-block perform a front snap kick and make sure that your blocking arm is on the inside of your kicking leg. After you kick, land in a front stance with your right leg in front and proceed to perform a reverse punch with your left hand.
Bottom right side of the “I”: Next, look right and turn 180 degrees clockwise into the “I” with your right leg leading. You should land in the Kosa Dachi corkscrew position and immediately perform…
